The most useful engineering metric is the one that arrives without being asked for. The Slack app posts each team’s pull request queue, lifecycle alerts and a configurable pickup warning into the channel that team already lives in.

An organisation admin installs it and connects the channels each team should be notified in.
Configure per team 2 min
Settings → the engineering team → Notifications. Choose the channel, the lifecycle alerts and the pickup-warning percentage.
Limits, stated up front
Every integration page on this site lists what the integration does not do. Finding that out during a trial is worse for both of us than finding it out now.
Notification configuration is per team, deliberately — one org-wide firehose gets muted within a fortnight.
