Pricing questions
How is an "active developer" counted?
Someone who authored or reviewed at least one pull request during the billing window. Somebody on parental leave, on a non-coding rotation, or who left last month does not count for that window. Bots and service accounts never count.
Is there a minimum contract?
Yes. The minimum covers ten active developers. The first month is free, so the first-year payment is £2,200; annual renewal is £2,400. There is no separate organisation fee and no higher tier to unlock features.
Can I pay monthly?
No. The £20 figure is the monthly equivalent so organisations can compare prices easily. After the no-cost first month, the remaining eleven months are paid as one first-year invoice; renewals are annual and paid annually.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. After an initial conversation, the first month is free so you can connect a repository, see your own history and confirm the active-developer count at no cost.
What happens if our developer count changes?
The annual contract records the active-developer count agreed at purchase. Additional developers can be added during the term; reductions are reflected at renewal.
Do you charge for onboarding?
No. Guided standard onboarding is part of the product experience. Only bespoke implementation work — several organisations, extensive custom mapping, unusual security requirements — is quoted separately, from £1,500.
